Business Clarity Plan – Terms & Conditions
Provider: Practical Admin Support (PAS)
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Practical Admin Support (PAS) (“the Provider”) and the Client purchasing the Business Clarity Plan (“the Plan”). By purchasing the Plan, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Scope of the Service
The Business Clarity Plan is a strategic planning service designed to provide structure, clarity, and direction for the Client’s business.
The Plan includes:
- Completion of a detailed pre-work questionnaire by the Client
- Review and analysis of questionnaire responses by PAS
- A 1:1 discussion call to explore and clarify questionnaire answers
- Creation of a bespoke 12‑month Business & Marketing Clarity Plan
- A delivery call where the plan is presented, explained, and questions are answered
The Plan focuses on strategy, structure, and prioritisation. It does not include hands-on implementation unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Client Responsibilities & Expectations
The Client agrees to:
- Complete the questionnaire honestly and thoroughly
- Provide requested information in a timely manner
- Attend scheduled calls or provide at least 24 hours’ notice if rescheduling is required
- Engage with the process and take responsibility for implementing the plan
PAS is not responsible for outcomes where recommendations are not implemented or are significantly delayed.
3. Boundaries of the Service
To ensure clarity and sustainability for both parties:
- Support outside of scheduled calls is limited to brief clarification questions via email
- PAS does not provide ongoing coaching, accountability, or implementation unless purchased separately
- Advice provided is strategic and organisational, not legal, financial, or medical advice
PAS reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the agreed scope.
4. Timescales & Delivery
- Once the questionnaire is returned, PAS aims to schedule the discussion call promptly
- The completed Plan will be delivered within 4 weeks of the questionnaire discussion call
- PAS aims to deliver sooner where possible (typically within 2 weeks), but this is not guaranteed
Delays caused by late questionnaire return, rescheduling, or lack of client availability may extend delivery times.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
The total cost of the Business Clarity Plan is £400.
Payment options:
- £400 paid in full, or
- 3 instalments of £133.33, payable monthly
Where the instalment option is selected, the Client will receive the completed Business Clarity Plan prior to the final instalment being paid.
The Client agrees to complete all instalment payments as scheduled. Failure to do so may result in PAS declining future work or additional services until the account is brought up to date.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All materials, frameworks, and documents remain the intellectual property of PAS until full payment has been received
- Upon full payment, the Client is granted full personal use of the completed Business Clarity Plan
The Client may:
- Use the plan internally within their business
The Client may not:
- Resell, reproduce, or distribute the plan or its contents
- Claim the plan or frameworks as their own intellectual property
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Once work has commenced, the Plan is non-refundable
- If the Client chooses not to proceed after submitting the questionnaire, any completed work remains payable
If PAS is unable to deliver the service for unforeseen reasons, a fair and proportionate refund will be issued for any undelivered work.
8. Limitation of Liability
PAS makes no guarantees regarding income, growth, or business results.
The Client acknowledges that:
- Business outcomes depend on many factors beyond PAS’s control
- The Plan provides guidance and structure, not guaranteed results
PAS’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Client will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the Plan, unless disclosure is required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Digital Acceptance & Agreement
By purchasing the Business Clarity Plan via PAS’s booking or payment system, the Client confirms that they:
- Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- Agree to be legally bound by them
- Acknowledge that digital acceptance (including ticking a checkbox, submitting payment, or confirming booking) constitutes a valid and binding agreement
These Terms & Conditions apply from the point of purchase, whether payment is made in full or via instalments.
This wording aligns with PAS confirmation emails, which state that:
- The team will be in touch via email with the questionnaire
- Once the questionnaire is returned, PAS will book a call to discuss responses
- Following that call, PAS will create the Business Clarity Plan
- A delivery call will be scheduled within 4 weeks to present and explain the plan
